Dr. Juan Fernando Uribe S.

DR. JUAN FERNANDO URIBE HAS MORE THAN 17 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE RESTORING THE APPEARANCE AND FUNCTION OF A HEALTHY SMILE. HAVING PLACED OVER 1,500 DENTAL IMPLANTS, HE’S TODAY A KNOWN EXPERT ON DENTAL IMPLANTS, RESTORATION AND TISSUE REGENERATION.

Born in Bogota Colombia, Dr. Uribe comes from a family of dentists. He obtained his dental degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota Colombia. He then got his Post-graduate training at the Universidad Andres Bello in Santiago, Chile. There, He had the opportunity to study under the teachings of Dr. Per-Ingvar Branemark, who’s considered the “father of modern dental implantology”. He completed postgraduate studies in oral implantology, and implant restoration, as well as many other courses, including trainings at the Zimmer institute in California, the Ankylos dentsply training center in germany and the PI Branemark institute in Brasil, as well as the current concepts in American dentistry program at NYU.

Dr. Uribe is today a well know expert on dental implants, restoration and tissue regeneration. Besides his private practice, Dr. Uribe works as a consultant, providing guidance and support to other Doctors in complex surgeries. He’s also the speaker and scientific consultant for Zimmer-Biomed in Colombia. Finally, He has also been a guest faculty for the advanced implantology program at the SaoLeopoldoMandic University in Brazil. Dr. Uribe is also an international member of the American Dental Association. When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Uribe enjoys spending time with his family. He’s also an avid golfer and he loves to travel and meet new people.
